The Making of 'Corduroy Fantasy'
A live 100% improv album that was recorded in house.
Our Debut Album, "Corduroy Fantasy", is a compilation of comepletely improvised jams from 2023. No talk of what key we were in, what genre we were about to play, what "vibe" to look for. Just start playing and see what happens. We would hit record, and play. That's been our motto for a long time and it's lead us down some interesting paths and opened up a lot of opportunities having a "No one knows" mentality about the whole process.
This album doesn't have a singular writer, Director, Producer, Frontman, etc... What it does have is a group of friends, creating song ideas for the first time, having no idea how they will turn out in the end.
We are Releasing Corduroy Fantasy on May 3rd, and having an album release party that day at the Hog Wallow! We'd love to see everyone there. It's gonna be a blast! :)
